As Communications Associate at Waterloo's Centre for Teaching Excellence, I worked with colleagues from across the Centre to update and restructure web content with the end-user in mind.

​Guided by the Communications Plan and Style Guide that I developed for the Centre, we introduced meaningful headings to webpages, a more conversational writing style, and a streamlined site hierarchy to connect the Centre's clients with the resources they need.
